FedEx Ground/Home Delivery Service Map

A business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
FedEx Home(Residential) deliveries are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Express and Ground(Commercial) shipments are delivered Monday through Friday.
Packages are usually shipped out within 24 hours except on weekends.
Customers will usually receive their order in 3-7 business days via ground shipping.
Express shipments must be ordered before 9AM PST(M-F) for same day shipment.
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.
Canada Orders:
Deliveries to Canada are subject to additional customs fees and duties. The additional fees are calculated into the cost of shipping when checking out.
Our Return Policy:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first. You may return it for a refund within 15 days of the order date.
A refund will be issued (less a 15% restocking fee and less the original shipping charge), unless the product is defective or an incorrect product was shipped to you.
Our Exchange Policy:
If you receive a product that is defective or it is an incorrect product, we will exchange it for the same product within 15 days of your order date.
You must first email us with a brief description of the exact problem, and include an order ID number. Then, please mail the product back (must include all parts or pieces of the product ordered) including a copy of your sales receipt and details of your problem.
Please note: For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Please contact us before returning to receive authorization or your return will not be accepted.
BuySudokuPuzzles.com will not pay or reimburse return shipping postage on all return items.
If a package is refused upon delivery, the original shipping cost and the cost of shipping the item back to us will be deducted from your order.
